Owner’s Bio

Quality Automotive is a family owned and operated business. Kevin and Shawn Martin both work there daily. Kevin works in the shop and Shawn in charge of customer service. Kevin previously worked at the two local Ford dealerships for a total of 15 years. Shawn has history in customer service and relations. In 1997 Ford trainers came to the dealership to encourage better customer service in an attempt to improve customer retention. Ford’s own data showed that only 8% of customers returned to the selling dealer for service and maintenance of their vehicle after the original sale. I realized that 92% of the customers were going elsewhere for service and repair. I always wanted to own my own business and realized what an opportunity there was for a dealership alternative that actually specialized in one line of cars and trucks. Quality Automotive was born to be that alternative that offered the same experience as the dealer without the extra cost and impersonal service of the dealer.
